| 摘 要： | 经考证,古动物名＂虎鱼＂、＂泡鱼＂指刺魨,＂绷鱼＂指无毒刺魨,＂鯺＂指大的河豚,＂鰽＂指曹白鱼或鲥鱼,＂＂指真鲷,＂黄雀鱼＂指黄鲫。＂白凫＂指天鹅,＂白颊鸟＂应指白脸山雀。＂白猿＂指得了白化病的猿猴,＂墨猴＂、＂石猴＂、＂栗子猿＂指小型眼镜猴（国内灭绝）,＂乌猿＂指黑长臂猿,＂黑猿＂指长臂猿、滇金丝猴等,＂马猴＂指短尾猴,＂黄狐＂指沙狐,＂牯犀＂、＂毛犀＂指苏门答腊犀（国内灭绝）,＂黄鼠＂、＂貔貍＂指旱獭。

| Abstract: | A research shows that the following ancient Chinese animals names refer to different animals： huyu,paoyu and bengyu refer to quill fugu;zhuizhu refers to big fugu;ju refers to snapper sea bream;huangqueyu refers to yelow crucian;baifu refers to swan;mohou,shihou and liziyuan refers to mini glass monkey（extinct in China）,heiyuan refers to gibbon;mahout refers to showt tail monkey;huanghu refers to corsac fox;guxi and maoxi refers to sumatran rhinoceros（extinct in China）;huangshu and pili refers to marmot and so on. |
