| 摘 要： | 以马克思的人学理论为切入点,即为人,为大多数人谋利益的价值选择贯穿在马克思主义理论的各个组成部分;总结国际共运中党群关系、干群关系的经验与教训,我党必须把人民拥护不拥护、赞成不赞成、高兴不高兴、答应不答应作为各项方针政策的出发点和归宿,才能不重蹈前苏联之覆辙。这些构成了党必须代表最广大人民的根本利益的理论基础。

| Abstract: | The theoretical basis for the idea that the Communist Party represents the essential interests of thepeople has the Marxist theory of man as its starting point, i.e. the value choice of working for the benefit of the ma-jority of people runs through every composing part of the theories of Marxism. Keeping the lessons of the relationshipbetween the Party and the masses and that between cadres and masses in mind, our Party must take the desire of thepeople as the starting point as well as the final settling place in policy making. Only in this way can we avoid follow-ing the same old road to ruin of the Soviet Union. |
