| 摘 要： | 美国经济近十年的繁荣与稳定是与美联储高度的独立性和自主决定货币政策的作用分不开的。但是，在美国，联储的独立性一直是一个有争议的问题，支持美联储独立性的人主要认为，缺少独立性，政治因素将会注入货币政策中。主张把联邦储备体系置于总统或国会控制之下的人们争辩道，把货币政策（它影响到经济社会中的几乎每个人）交给一批不对任何人负责的精英人物去控制，是不民主的。

| Abstract: | Up to 10 years of the prosperity and stability of the US economy is indispensable to the high independence and self-determination in making policies on currency. In the United States, however, the independence of the Federal Reserve is a controversial topic. Those who support the independence of the Federal Reserve ar gue that, without independence, political factors will exert influence on currency policies. Those who advocate that the Federal Reserve should be placed under the control of the President or the Congress believe that it is not democratic to leave currency policies to the control of the elite who are responsible to nobody. |
