| Abstract: | The goal of the reform and innovation of distance education management system of our country is to compose a Chinese characterized education system, which accords with the rule of distance education, and is integrated, open, standard, and unisonous, centered with learners service. In order to achieve this goal, we still need a clear thoughtway, to smoothly carry out this innovation and reform project. |
