| Abstract: | Environmental Ethics is a new and developing branch of Applied Ethics. This dissertation gives a brief account of Chinese scholars' research and exploration in this field. It covers the following six aspects: the subject of environmental ethics, the value of nature, the right of nature, the dispute about anthropocentrism and nan -anthropbcentrism, environmental ethics and international justice, and the principles and norms of environmental ethics. |
