| 摘 要： | 通过对中南地区高校图书馆馆际互借与文献传递服务的网上调查，对各高校图书馆馆际互借与文献传递的服务内容、服务对象、收费标准和服务模式进行分析和比较，指出中南地区各高校图书馆馆际互借与文献传递存在的问题，并提出对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the internet survey of interlibrary loan and document delivery service among the academic libraries in the middle southern region of China, the paper makes comparison and analysis on service content, service object, charge standard and service model of interlibrary loan and document delivery service between these libraries, and points out their existing problems and the corresponding countermeasures. |
