对应用型本科院校现行专业教育模式的反思与重构

摘    要:当前应用型本科院校遵循的是以"学科"为核心的专业教育模式。在这种专业教育模式的指导下,应用型本科院校存在着课程结构欠合理、教材的应用性不强、教学"去情境化"现象严重和过分注重教师的科研水平而忽视其实践经验等问题。"重学轻术"的评价体系和"重道轻器"的文化传统是导致应用型本科院校遵循现行专业教育模式的重要原因。应用型本科院校应该从学科型专业教育模式向职业型专业教育模式转型,具体可以从增强课程体系的实践性、编写应用性强的教材、开展"实际问题情境"教学和加强"双师型"教师队伍建设几个方面进行改革。

Abstract:At present ,application-oriented undergraduate colleges in our country follow the professional education model with the“subject”as the core .Under the guidance of this kind of professional education mode ,there are some problems in application-oriented undergraduate col-leges that curriculum structure is unreasonable ,application of materials is not strong ,phenomenon of decontextualization in teaching is serious and too much attention to the teacher’s scientific research level is paid and their practical experience is ignored .The evaluation system which“attaches importance to the academic ,despises the technology”and the traditional culture which“attaches importance to the principle ,despises the utensil” lead to the application-oriented colleges following the current model of professional education model .Application-oriented underg-raduate colleges should transform from professional education mode of subject to professional education mode of career ,and make reforms by en-hancing the practical ability of the curriculum system ,compiling the teaching material with strong application ability ,carrying out the teaching of“practical problem situation”and strengthening the construction of the“double qualification” teaching staff .
