| 摘 要： | 面对国民经济结构调整、产业转型升级对人才需求结构的变化以及高校毕业生就业难的严峻形势,地方性高校向应用型转变已成为该类高校适应经济社会发展需要、提升学生就业创业能力的必然选择。开门办学,加强校企合作,在市场的环境中培养适应市场需求的应用型人才是地方性高校转型发展的重要途径。文章在对陇东学院经管类专业应届毕业生就业能力调查分析和现状分析的基础上,提出地方性高校校企合作育人机制缺乏深层次合作机制、缺乏全方位培育人才长效机制、缺乏健全的合作激励约束机制等问题,并针对以上问题完善校企合作育人机制。

Study on the Education Mechanism of School-Enterprise Cooperation of Local University-Taking Economics and Management Major in Longdong University as an Example |

| Abstract: | Faced with national economic structure adjustment ,the change of talent demand structure caused by Industrial transformation and upgrading and the severe situation of the employment of college graduates ,it has been an inevitable choice for local undergraduate colleges and universities to alter the application mode so as to adapt to economic and social development requirements and enhance the ability of stu-dents to obtain employment and entrepreneurship .Developing education in open way and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation in the mar-ket environment ,training applied talents adapting to the market demand is an important way for the transformation and development of local un-dergraduate colleges and universities .Based on the investigation of the employment ability of graduates majoring in economics and management majors in 2015 of Longdong University and the analysis of current situation ,it is found that local colleges and universities lack of in-depth coop-eration mechanism ,long-term mechanism for cultivating talents all around and sound cooperation incentive and restraint mechanism in the estab-lishment of school enterprise cooperation and education mechanism .In view of the above problems ,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the school enterprise cooperation mechanism . |
