“电力电子与电机调速技术应用”课程教学改革与探索

摘    要:针对电气自动化技术专业核心课程"电力电子与电机调速技术应用"难学难教、教学效果差强人意等问题,经过多年教学改革与探索并结合实际,以必需、够用为度,教学过程采用"项目引导,任务驱动"七步教学法,按照理论探讨、仿真验证、实验测试三个层次渐进式展开。教学实践表明,项目教学层次法行之有效,教学效果得到明显改善,锻炼加强了学生工程实践能力,培养了学生职业技能与职业素养,对江阴职业技术学院提出的培养具有扎实专业知识和娴熟技能的"现代班组长"型人才具有重要实践价值。

Teaching Reform and Exploration of"Power Electronics and Motor Speed Control Technology Application"
Abstract:As the core curriculum of Electric Automation Technology,Power Electronics and Motor Control Technology Application is diffi-cult to learn and teach,therefore the teaching effect is just passable.After years of exploration and teaching reform,combing with the actual situation,following the principle of being necessary and sufficient,the"project guide,task driven"seven step teaching method is adopted in the teaching process,which is carried out according to the three levels of theory analysis,simulation and experiment.The teaching practice shows that project teaching level method is effective,and the teaching effect is improved obviously.In the meanwhile,the students' ability of engineer-ing practice is exercised and strengthened and their occupation skill and occupation accomplishment are cultivated as well.This teaching reform and exploration are of practical value for cultivating "Modern Class Leader" talents with solid professional knowledge and skills proposed by Jiangyin Polytechnic College.
