| 摘 要： | 三峡卑区农村移民社区文化建设可堪忧虑。序区文化建设的状况很大程度决 定移民致富和库区农村经济可持续发展，决定库区现代化建设水平。雷要立即采取相应对策， 抓好移民社区文化硬件建设，加强对干部群众的科技文化培训，加大农业应用技术推广的力 度，精心组织各种喜闻乐见、健康向上的文化活动，进一步做好扫盲工作等。要将抓好农村移民 文化建设．作为库区农村基层党组织的基本职能。

| Abstract: | The community culture construction among the people relocated and to be relocated in the Dam Area is alarming, which is embodied in the aspects of low literacy of the cadres and villagers, poor facilities of science and lack of information. The level of cultural construction determines, to a considerable extent, the sus- tainable development of the economy and the modernization level of the Dam Area. Therefore, it should be taken as a basic function of the party organization at the grass ?root level to adopt corresponding stategies to build the hardware for cultural construction, strengthen the scientific and technological training of the cadres and the vil- lagers, further popularize applied agricultural technology; organize various kinds of cultural activities which people love; and do a good job in the anti -illiteracy campaign. |
