| 摘 要： | 基于近年来各级各类体育教师培训项目的实践经验,在分析体育教师培训文化建设重要性的基础上,从培训理念、培训模式、培训管理、培训产品、培训宣传方面入手构建富有特色的体育教师培训文化,并从专业化、可持续发展的视角思考促进体育教师培训文化建设问题.构建和加强体育教师培训文化,时于改革创新体育教师培训工作,全面提高培训质量,打造培训品牌,提升综合素质至关重要.
