| 摘 要： | 我国经济技术开发区大多建在城郊结合部,"郊区之首,城区之尾",是推动城市经济发展和农村城市化的增长点,因此,城市建设和新农村建设成为开发区整体发展不可分割的组成部分。开发区的优势在于产业功能,其经济的发展首要是产业经济发展,因此,对开发区新农村建设而言,以"工业反哺农业"的实际意义,应该重在产业经济反哺农村。当前在建立产业经济反哺开发区新农村建设机制上,一是要确立产业经济反哺农村的准确定位;二是使反哺与支持机制的制度化;三是应分阶段逐步推进;四是找准切入点等。

| Abstract: | Most of economic and technological development zones in China built between city and town are the point of growth pushing urban economy development and rural urbanization. Urban construction and reconstruction of new village both are the indivisible parts of economic and technological development zone. The advantage of development area is industry function. So it must develop industrial economy first. The reconstruction of new village in development area should be become true through industrial economy in favor of country. Currently what we should do includes positioning correctly, systematizing mechanization, pushing development step by step and locating the point exactly, etc. |
