| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是推进环境友好型和资源节约型社会的战略举措。本文介绍了近期国内循环研究的主要成果,就循环经济的基本内涵、制度安排、运行体系及经验启示等问题进行了归纳综述,认为在中国发展循环经济不仅要积极探索适应特殊国情的发展模式和制度安排,而且要统筹推进、大胆实践,在总结试点经验和发达国家发展经验的基础上扩大循环经济发展的深度和广度,努力让循环经济成为社会主义和谐社会建设的重要经济形态,成为推动“十一五”规划实施的重要动力源泉。

| Abstract: | The development of circle economy is a strategic act to propel the environment friendly and economic saving society.The latest major achievement of cycle research in China is introduced.Some issues about circle economy,such as the basic concept,institution plan,running system,experience,revelation and so on,are discussed.It regards that developing circle economy in China is not only to improve the development mode and system plan suiting with the special national situation,but also need to have a good plan and put it into practice intrepidly.The depth and scope of circle economy are expanded,based on the experience from experimental unit and developed country.In order to make circle economy a major economic configuration of social democracy harmonious society,as well as an important power resource to impulse the implementation of the eleventh five-year plan,the effort is thrown into. |
