| 摘 要： | 综述了超声场对金属凝固过程的影响.在超声波细化合金组织机理的基础上,通过金属凝固过程中引入高能超声波实验总结,介绍了金属凝固过程中超声场的导入,分析了超声功率、温度和超声波传导距离在超声处理中的影响,并对超声凝固细晶技术的前景进行了展望.

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the effects of ultrasonic field on the solidification process of metals,summarizes high-intensity ultrasonic on the base of the mechanism of refining metallic structure using ultrasonic and through experiment,introduces the solidification process of metals and ultrasonic leading on solidification process of metals,analyzes the influence of ultrasonic power,temperature and ultrasonic wave transmission in ultrasonic treatment and finally predicts the prospect for grain fining with ultrasonic in solidification process. |
