| Abstract: | This paper investigates and comparatively analyzes the students＇ qualities of ideological and political theory in polytechnic institutes and universities, then summerizes the main characteristics and deficiencies of higher vocational students. Simultaneously, it gives suggestions on constucting the teaching system of basic courses with higher vocational education characteristics. |
