| 摘 要： | 骨干教师应该是在某个领域具有一定的影响力，并在其中起主要作用的教师，是一所学校顺利完成教育教学任务，推动学校持续发展的主力军。我们应从职业教育心理学的角度分析高职院校中青年骨干教师的特征，研究高职院校中青年骨干教师的成长途径。
