| 摘 要： | 转型时期高等教育的超常发展给人们带来了质量忧虑，这种忧虑又促使人们对当今大学教育状况给予更多的责难和质疑。转型中的质量内涵在置换，质量标准也应该进一步置换。大发展中有升有降是自然的事情，而高等教育在近些年为社会所做出的巨大贡献是有目共睹的，我们应该在肯定中求发展。

| Abstract: | During the transition period,the development of high education goes beyond the normal condition,which not only makes people worry about the quality,but also causes more censuring and querying to nowadays university education condition.The intension of quality is being replaced during the transition period,the quality standard should be replaced accordingly too.It is natural to have rise and fall in the great development,anyway the enormous contribution that high education has made for the society in recent years is obvious to all.So we should affirm the high education in the development. |
