我国教育管理学研究范式的反思与展望

摘    要:我国教育管理学研究范式存在着重注解论证、轻反思批判,重移植引介、轻本土研究,长经验描述、弱范式意识,重哲学思辩、轻实证理解等问题。在研究中,应理清真理性与合理性、科学性与意识形态性、国际化与本土化、理论与实践、多元共存与统整融合等之间的关系,加强学科积累,实现学术变革,进行范式转换,推进理论创新,从而满足教育管理实践的需要。

Reflection and Prospect of Research Paradigm of Education Management in China

Abstract:There exist in research paradigm of educational management in China some shortcomings: explanation and confirmation are emphasized while the meditation and critique are neglected; the introduction and transplantation are emphasized while the localization is neglected; commonsense depiction is stressed with unconsciousness of paradigms; paradigm of philosophical thoughts is emphasized while paradigm of scientific empiricism and paradigm of humanistic understanding are ignored. The research of educational management in China should clarify the relationships between truth and rationality, science and ideology, internationalization and localization, theories and practice, pluralistic coexistence and integration, and strengthen the academic accumulation, carry out paradigm transformation, push forward theoretical innovation, thus satisfying the practical demands of educational management.
