| 摘 要： | 研究生导师的问题,事关学生创新教育的最终效果,必须予以重视。针对目前社会上关于研究生创新培养及导师工作的一些讨论,本文对大家所关注的研究生导师工作的几个问题分别发表了自己的观点和认识。创建科学、合理的导师工作机制与模式,可以使导师的指导工作能更好地遵循研究生创新培养规律的需要。

| Abstract: | The issue of graduate student tutor is related to innovative education in the final results, we must give great weight. View of the current discussion in society about the post-graduate training and tutors work, several views and understanding were expressed in this paper concerned the work of graduate tutors. To create a scientific and rational tutor working mechanisms and patterns can make the work of tutors to guide students to better follow the law of the need for innovative training. |
