| Abstract: | In the process of editing and publishing of periodicals, work should be conducted according to the norms set by the nation. It covers almost the whole editing and publishing process, which includes the title, the author's name, abstract, key words, arrangement of the tide, foreword and the main part of the article, the usage of number and punctuation and reference material, etc. To explain and elaborate the above - mentioned norms can help authors have samples to follow so that they can avoid making similar mistakes later. |
