| 摘 要： | 高职教育着重于学生综合素质的开发和高技能复合型人才的培养。同时全面实施素质教育,是当前高职教育领域的势在必行的变革。作为这场高职教育变革中高职院校的教师首先要改变原有教学模式,并在不断的教学中尝试着探索出素质教育的正确的理念进行知识传授,才能更好地适用于教学实践,切实有效地提高高职教育质量。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education values the development of student comprehensive quality and cultivation of higher skilled compound talents. The full implementation of quality education is the necessary reform in higher vocational education field. Teachers in vocational colleges should first change the original teaching mode, impart knowledge with correct concept, and then adapt to teaching practice and efficiently improve the quality of higher vocational teaching. |
