摘    要:系统构建由教师企业锻炼、教学发展、技术研发三类平台构成的教师能力提升培养模式,建立教师企业实践锻炼、职业教育培训、技术项目研发三种培养途径,有利于提高教师指导学生实践教学、职业教育课程开发与实施、校企合作开展技术服务三个关键能力。

Abstract:Enhancing teachers abilities training pattern can be achieved systematically through teachers training in enterprises, teaching development, technology research and development; and establish enterprise practice, vocational education and training, technology research and development projects, to improve teacherg three key ability in guiding students'practice teaching, vocational curriculum develo.pm.ent and implementation, sehool enterprise.cooperation and technical service.
