| 摘 要： | 系统构建由教师企业锻炼、教学发展、技术研发三类平台构成的教师能力提升培养模式,建立教师企业实践锻炼、职业教育培训、技术项目研发三种培养途径,有利于提高教师指导学生实践教学、职业教育课程开发与实施、校企合作开展技术服务三个关键能力。
