| 摘 要： | 我国职业教育集团化办学经过多年的探索与发展,现己成为我国职业教育改革发展的重要内容之一。目前,我国职业教育集团化办学存在的主要问题是:集团内部各主体间责、权、利不明;企业行业的参与积极性不足;政府的政策支持和引导有待加强等。为此,要构建合理的管理结构,建立共赢的合作机制,强化政府的主导作用。

| Abstract: | Chinese vocational education collectivization school running after years of exploration and development, nowhas become one of the important contents of vocational education reformand development. At present, the main problems are：unclear responsibility, right and benefits among internal subjects, inactive participation of enterprise and industry; to be strengthened government policy support and guidance, etc. Therefore, it needs to build reasonable management structure, establish a win-win cooperation mechanism, and strengthen the government leading role. |
