摘    要:高职专业文化是从业成员经过长期的职业实践积淀形成的职业标准、共同遵守的价值取向和行为规范,是经过教学法处理并服务于实现人才培养目标的教育文化,具有职业性、多样性、发展性和实践性特征,对高职教育技术理性崇拜的反拨,对实现高职教育人才培养目标和培育专业特色具有明显的促进作用。高职专业文化建设遵循"器物"、"制度"、"精神"、"文化"逐层递进的实践路径。

Backwash of Technical Rationality -on Construction of Professional Culture of Higher Vocational Education

Abstract:Higher vocational college culture is the occupational standard, orientation of value and behavior standard of employed members after a long - term occupation practice. It is the educational culture of the teaching methods processing and services after realizing the goal of cultivating talents with the characteristics of occupation, diversity, development and practice. It has significantrole in promoting the washback of worshiping the educational and technical rationality and in realizing the talents training goal and training professional characteristics in Higher Vocational education. The construction of higher vocational professional culture follows progressive p racti.ce path of the" objects" . "system" " spirit" and "culture".
