| 摘 要： | 高职教育集团师资队伍建设是集团在办学过程中所开展的人力资源经营活动。依据高职教育集团师资队伍建设有关政策,针对高职教育集团师资队伍建设中所存在的问题,从采用"各有所长"的识人模式、开展"目标培养"的育人模式、建立"为我所用"的用人模式、创建"广纳贤才"的容人模式、实施"以诚留才"的留人模式五方面入手,提出构建中国特色高职教育集团师资队伍建设新模式。

| Abstract: | The construction of higher vocational group teaching team is the human resources operation activity in the process of school running. According to the related policy, focusing on the problems in the construction, it proposes to construct the new mode of higher vocational educational group w ith Chinese features from five aspects of finding, cultivating , using, tolerating and retaining. |
