| 摘 要： | 首先分析了当前时代背景下的高职院校文化建设的内容;然后结合校企合作,分析了高职院校文化建设的制度建设、精神和物质文化的建设。最后,对校企合作下的高职院校文化建设保障从组织机构、校企融合、思想保障三个方面进行了探讨,为当前形势下的校企合作高职院校文化建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the cultural content of higher vocational colleges under the contemporary circumstances. And then it elaborates the system construction, the construction of spiritual and material culture of higher vocational college cultural development combined with school-enterprise cooperation. At last it studies on the organization, integration between colleges and enterprises, and ideological supporting of bigher vocational college cultural development under the circumstances of school-enterprise cooperation, and provides a reference for higher vocational college culture construction. |
