| 摘 要： | 国有资产在我国政治、经济和社会生活中占有重要的地位，但目前，我国国有资产流失的现象十分严重。我国《物权法》在国有资产范围的界定、国有物权的行使、国有资产的保护等方面做出了明确规定，但要加强国有资产管理、防止国有资产流失，《国有资产管理法》的制定和实施同样有着重要的作用。
