| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式对洛阳各高校共500名在校大学生的暑期打工情况进行研究,应用数理统计分析得出：大学生的暑期打工形式多样、从事行业受年级限制,同时成功的打工者应具有爱好广泛、关注时事动态、注重仪表、目标明确、永不言弃等多种优秀品质,为以后就业提高绩效,实现自我发展。

| Abstract: | Using questionnaire and interview a combination of Luoyang,a total of 500 colleges and universities in the summer job for college students have been researched to improve performance for future employment and achieve self-development.Mathematical statistical analysis： summer job students in various forms in the industry by the year limit and the success of migrant workers should have hobbies,interest current affairs,focusing on instruments,targeted,and other good quality. |
