| Abstract: | This article points out that different standards should be used to evaluate rare book edition and rare periodical edition and the criteria for the rare periodical edition should not be as strict as the rare book edition according to the characteristics of periodical edition circulation. It sums up seven standards to relax the requirement for rare periodical edition. 5 refs. |
