| Abstract: | Based on the relative documents, the author analyzed them in possible directions and found a few factors that intensive exercise resulted in the increase of free radical. The paper expatiated on body's harm by reason of too much free radical in body and expounded the basic principle and the methods of sweeping the over free radical in body. |
