| 摘 要： | 运用症状自评量表(SCL-90),采取随机抽样的方法,对师范毕业生进行就业前的心理测试,结果表明大学本科毕业生的心理问题检出率较高,在“SCL-90”因子上的得分均显著高于中国青年常模,这极不利于教师教育的发展和师资水平的提高。

| Abstract: | By adopting the self-report symptom inventory, symptom, Check List, 90(SCL-90) and the random sampling method, The normal graduates were made a psychology test before their graduation.. It proves that the occurrence rate of collage graduates' mental problem is high, The marks of each factor of SCL-90 are obviously higher than the average of notional convention, These are greatly disadvantage to the development of the teachers' education and the improvement of the teaching staff's standard |
