摘    要:胚胎植入研究有望从根本上解决女性避孕问题 ,它被列为生殖生物学领域最重要的科学问题 ,也是控制哺乳动物“育”与“不育”最关键的薄弱环节之一。它涉及胚胎和母体子宫内膜细胞多重复杂的相互作用 ,涉及源于母体子宫黄体和胚胎组织多种分子在时间和空间精细的调节过程 ,涉及在胚胎植入点同步发生组织重建和改组、细胞凋亡以及血管发生

Abstract:Implantation is the most important scientific topic in the research field of reproductive biology and one of the key weak steps of controlling fertility and infertility. Implantation processes are involved in multiple molocular interactions secreted by the uterus,corpus luteum and the embryo and undergo extensive tissue remodeling,angiogenesis and apoptosis in the implantation site. Supported by WHO/Rockefeller Foundation and CONRAD/CICCR,Six Joint International Implantation Research Centers and several research groups have been established Since 1999. It is the goal of these Centers to develop a safe,stable,efficacious and non steroidal anti implantation contraceptive agent for woman use.
