我国跳台跳水优秀选手起跳技术的生物力学研究

摘    要:选择我国跳台跳水的优秀选手,在11和12两届亚运会,巴塞罗那、亚特兰大两届奥运会上的跳水大赛中从1组到4组动作的起跳技术,进行三维和二维的摄影、摄像记录。经过对运动技术图片的解析和力学分析,提出对我国选手起跳技术的看法和建议。例如从能量转化角度分析提出对增大起跳高度的利弊;从人体的肢体转动,摆动能量的变化研究,提出增大1组动作起跳翻转角动量的起跳新技术的建议。以及3组起跳动作的技术缺陷所在。

Abstract:Take-off techniques of dive group one to four performed by Chinese elite platform divers at the XI and XII Asian Games and XXV and XXVI Olympic Games were photographed with 2-and 3-Dimension technique. Biomechanical analysis was then made to give suggestions for Chinese divers to improve their take-off techniques. For example advantages and disadvantages for raising the height of take-off were pointed out by energy conversion analysis,a new technique for increasing take-off turning angular momentum in dive group one was suggested by study bf limbs swing and technical problems existing in dive group three were found out with proposals put forward to solve them.
