| 摘 要： | 利用资源禀赋的比较优势,引进适当技术,实施比较优势战略,是一种新的发展观.比较优势战略的核心内容是对内利用比较优势积极发展优势产业,对外运用市场经济规则利用低成本的优势产品去积极从事优势交换.甘肃省的资源禀赋优势在于拥有丰富的农林牧资源、矿产资源、人力资源、旅游资源和一定的工业基础.依据比较优势战略的基本原则,现阶段甘肃省应"两条腿走路",劳动密集型产业与高新技术产业并重,并结合省情发展优势产业,具体发展大农业、草产业、旅游产业、生物制药、石化工业以及能矿资源和有色金属材料综合开发产业.

| Abstract: | It has been regarded as a new development idea to utilize the relative superiority of natural resources, to import useful technology and implement the advantage strategy. The core of this strategy is to internally exploit the resources to develop the favorite industry, and externally with market economic laws to make full use of the advantage of low cost products to exchange with others. The advantage of natural resources of Gansu lies in agriculture, forestry,animal husbandry, minerals, tourism, manpower and some industry. In conformity to the basic principles of advantage strategy, at present Gansu should take dual steps to develop itself. That is to pay close attention to both labor intensive and hi-tech intensive industries. According to the specific situations in Gansu, agriculture, hay industry, tourist industry, biological pharmacy, petrochemical industry, mineral exploiting industry and nonferrous metal material industry should be developed. |
