| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和三维运动学分析法，对我国现阶段8名在役的优秀男子铅球运动员的投掷技术进行研究，发现在投掷的过渡阶段，运动员普遍存在过渡时间偏少、右踝角偏小、右膝和右髋角偏大、上体向投掷方向转动过早、提前用力等现象。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature review and the three-dimensional kinematical analysis,the author made a kinematical analysis on the technique of shot put of our eight elite men athletes.Results: in the transitional period of the throw,it was common among athletes that time of duration was short,the right ankle angle was small,the angle between the right knee and the right hip was large,the upper part of the body moved earlier to the throw direction and strained in advance. |
