摘    要:运动可导致低铁状态,这种低铁状态类似于临床铁缺乏表现,其本质尚未清楚。一些研究认为,运动性低铁状态是铁缺乏,主张进行铁补充,对所有运动员进行常规铁补充有利于纠正或避免铁缺乏;而有些研究则认为,这种低铁状态是机体的正常调节,铁补充将增强铁释放,对机体组织细胞不利。近年来对铁吸收机制以及肝细胞、单核巨噬细胞、骨髓细胞的铁转运机制已基本阐明,这为探讨运动时铁代谢的细胞和分子生物学调节机制提供了契机。

Abstract:Exercise induces a low iron status similar to the clinically defined iron deficiency, the mechanism of which are not determined yet.There are some proposed hypotheses that exercise-induced low iron status is due to iron deficiency and thus athletes should be supplemented by iron.There are also some proposed hypotheses that exercise-induced low iron status results from the physiological regulation and thus iron supplementation is harmful to the athletes because of toxic free iron.Recently,the mechanisms of iron absorption in gut and iron transport in hepatocytes,reticuloendocytes and bone marrow cells have been progressively investigated and determined in the physiological and pathological status,which give the chances for studying iron metabolism at the cellular and molecular levels in exercise.
