| 摘 要： | 人格同一性理论是美国心理学家埃里克森提出的用以说明个人人格发展阶段的理论。经过学界的不断发展完善,同一性理论已经被认为是分析青年心理发展的关键概念,是分析青年人格发展情况的重要依据。人格同一性发展对大学生的成长有着重要意义,本文通过分析影响大学生人格同一性发展的因素,探讨如何更好地促进高校学生工作的开展。

| Abstract: | The theory of ego identity was put forward by American psychologist E.H.Erikson,which explains the development of personality.Through development,Identity theory has been considered as the key concept of the analysis of youth mental development,and the important basis of analysis of the development of youth personality.The development of ego identity has great significance on the growth of college students.The paper analyzes the factors influencing the development of college students’ personality identity,and explores how to promote the college students’ affairs. |
