| Abstract: | The new historiography in the early period of the 20 century was a revolution of Chinese historiography in a true sense of "paradigm" . As a path - breaker in this field, LU Si - mian put his new historiography into practice and made great contributions in finding new approaches to historical materials, establishing a novel pattern for composing general history, and applying new theories in social sciences to historiography with a view to enrich methods of historiography. |
