| 摘 要： | 大学的图书馆至少应发挥如下5个功能:存储信息与保护人类文化遗产的功能、服务教学与科研的服务功能、作为信息中心的检索功能、作为社会化媒介的文化选择与导向功能、作为公共空间的休闲娱乐功能。现代大学图书馆功能的实现,有赖财政支持机制、高效率而低成本的内部管理机制、多元主体协同治理的协商机制,良好馆际合作与资源共享机制,需要大学治理结构的改革。

| Abstract: | The universities＇ libraries should have at least five fimctions of preserving the information and protecting the human culture bequest, serving for teaching and researching, searching the information, choosing and directing the culture as the media of socialization, and providing entertainment as the public spaces. Realizing the functions of the modem universities libraries needs the mechanism of finance, inner management realizing high efficiency and low cost, the discourse that a lot of participants can participate together, cooperation among libraries and s ＇hating resources together, and reform the structure of the universities＇ governance. |
