| 摘 要： | 中小学教师工作量的大小、教师的控制感、教师角色模糊和角色冲突、教师个体人格因素以及学校组织气氛和学生的纪律问题都是影响中小学教师工作倦怠的重要因素。中小学教师的工作倦怠不仅会影响学校的教育质量,而且还会影响中小学教师和学生的身心健康。社会、学校与教师个体三个方面应该联合起来共同努力,以缓解与减少教师工作倦怠现象的产生。

| Abstract: | Work load,sense of control,role ambiguity,role conflict and teachers'character,as well as the atmosphere of school and the students'disciplinary problems are all important variables that influence primary school and high school teachers'job burnout.Teachers'burnout not only affects the quality of teaching,but influences the health of teachers and students.Our society,schools and teachers should work together to solve this problem. |
