| 摘 要： | 目的:研究束缚应激对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,方法:40只小鼠,随机等分对照组和应激组,用巨噬细胞体内吞噬法,测其吞噬率,吞噬指数及消化指数,结果:对照组与应激组比较,应激组吞噬率明显降低(P<<0.001),吞噬指数亦明显降低(P<0.02),消化指数降低至近于0,而正常组消化指数为0.0783±0.0525,结论:束缚应激对巨噬细胞吞噬功能具有明显抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The objectis to study the effect of restraint stress on macrophae phagocytosis of mice. The method is to divide fourty mice randomly into control group and stress group, and detect phogocytic rate, phagocytic index and ingestive index throug maorophage phagocytic method within body. The result is the in the stress group phagocytic rate decreasine (P<<0.001), the phagocytic index decreas in (P<0.02) and the in gestive index decreasing to O, while in the control group the ingestive index being 0.0783 ±0.0525. The conclusion is that the restaint stress has obvious inhibition on macrophge phagocytosis |
