| 摘 要： | 本应用基于遗传算法的模糊神经网络方法，建立了科研项目立项评审的智能管理系统。应用软件工程的部分原理与方法，对该系统及其在科研项目立项评审的应用软件进行计划，开发和维护。实际应用表明了该系统的可行性和有效性，该系统可推广应用于其他智能管理系统。

| Abstract: | An approach to the technology with fuzzy systems,neural networks and genetic algorithms is given.An intelligent management system based on this soft computing approach is built up to deal wuth the evaluation of scientific research projects.The system is introduced according to some principles and methods of Software Engineering.Compared with other methods of soft computing,this one is more available and practicable and can be applied to other intelligent management systems. |
