| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪,军队建设面临的内外部环境发生了深刻变化,官兵的思想观念、行为方式、价值取向等呈现出新的特点,因此加强思想政治教育创新,不断研究新情况,解决新问题,在观念、内容和方式方法上不断赋予思想政治教育新的生命和动力就显得尤为重要。
