| 摘 要： | 采用市场价值法、旅游费用法、意愿调查法等方法对雷州半岛红树林湿地的生态价值进行了评估.结果表明,按雷州半岛红树林湿地面积20 279hm2（其中红树林面积7 800hm2）核算,2009年其生态价值总和为28 0932.37万元,其中直接使用价值为141 717.59万元,占50.4%（占总价值比例,下同）,包括近海渔业价值93 899.55万元（占33.4%）、旅游与文化价值47 818.04万元（占17.0%）;间接使用价值为61 054.3万元,占21.8%,包括海洋动物栖息价值38 025.00万元（占13.6%）、海岸保护价值13 110.00万元（占4.7%）、环境质量维护价值9 919.30万元（占3.5%）;非使用价值为78 160.48万元,占27.8%,包括选择价值70 450.38万元（占25.1%）、存在价值7 710.10万元（占2.7%）.在当地红树林海岸居民心目中红树林资源的直接使用价值要小于其间接使用价值,其中保护价值在当地居民心中占有极为重要的地位.

| Abstract: | The market value method,the travel cost method,and the contingent valuation method were applied to evaluate the ecological value of mangrove wetlands in Leizhou peninsula.The results showed that the total ecological benefit of 20 279 hm2 mangrove wetlands,including 7 800 hm2 mangrove forests,in Leizhou peninsula was 2 809.323 7 million Yuan(RMB) in 2009,which was added up with 50.4% of the total for the resource’s direct utilization value at 1 417.175 9 million Yuan which included both the off shore fishery value at 938.995 5 million Yuan in 33.4% of the total and the culture value 478.180 4 million Yuan in 17.0% of the total,with 21.8% of the total for the indirect utilization value at 610.543 million Yuan which included the marine animal habitat value 380.25 million Yuan in 13.6% of the total,the coastal protection value at 13.11 million Yuan in 4.7% of the total,and the environmental quality maintenance value at 99.193 million Yuan in 3.5% of the total,with the non-utilization value at 781.604 8 million Yuan in 27.8% of the total which included the selective value at 704.504 million Yuan in 25.1% of the total and existence value at 77.101 million Yuan in 2.7% of the total.While thinking the indirect utilization value is higher then the direct utilization value,the local mangrove coastal residents attached great importance to coastal protection function of mangrove wetlands in Leizhou peninsula. |
