论主题酒店竞争优势的来源

摘    要:主题酒店是将某一社会或自然的主题表现于酒店的建筑装饰、并将主题文化元素融合于整个价值链的综合性住宿餐饮服务设施。近些年在我国产生后,即以其独特的建筑装饰、极富个性色彩的产品和服务以及不俗的经营业绩初步展示了极强的竞争优势。本文运用竞争优势、顾客价值等相关理论,选取道家文化主题酒店四川成都的鹤翔山庄等成功案例加以分析,提出了主题酒店竞争优势框架。指出了主题酒店的竞争优势来源,首先在于其拥有的独特文化资源和能力,其次是在这些资源和能力基础上形成的差异化战略,最后是基于差异化战略而创造的高顾客价值,即知识价值、体验价值和审美价值。

Abstract:The theme hotel provides all-around accommodation and meals service,which expresses the theme of some society and the nature through its architecture decoration and the integration of the elements of the theme culture and value chain.It presents strong competition advantage through its unique architecture decoration,individualized products and service as well as great operating performance.The paper makes an analysis of certain successful cases like Hexiang Holiday Resort,based on the theories of competition advantage,the value of customers,and puts forward its framework and the origin of competition advantage——first: its unique cultural resources and power;second: differentiation strategy based on these resources and powers;finally: value of customers based on differentiation strategy,including the values of knowledge,experience and aesthetics.
