| 摘 要： | 闽南文化蕴含丰富的德育资源,如拼搏包容精神、重教兴学氛围、重视人格修养、爱国爱乡的传统观念。在高校德育工作中充分开发闽南文化资源,既可以提升德育工作的实效性、建设具有个性化特点的校园文化,又能进一步传承和弘扬闽南文化。为此,闽南地方高校的德育工作要有意识地结合闽南文化并突出特色,同时积极构建闽南文化研究平台,推动闽南文化在德育工作中发挥深远影响。

| Abstract: | Minnan culture contains abundant moral education resources,such as the spirit of hard work and inclusiveness,the atmosphere of attaching importance to education and study,attaching importance to personality cultivation,the tradition of loving the motherland and hometown.Full development of Minnan culture resources in the moral education in colleges and universities can enhance the effectiveness of moral education,construct the characteristic campus culture,and further inherit and carry forward Minnan culture.Therefore,the moral education work of local colleges and universities should consciously integrate with Minnan culture and highlight prominent characteristics,meanwhile actively construct the Minnan culture research platform,promote the Minnan culture to exert a profound effect on moral education work. |
