| 摘 要： | 在民族自治地区尊重和维护不同民族的文化诉求,是公共文化服务体系建设的重要内容,而图书馆具有保存与传播人类文化遗产的职能,是公共文化服务体系建设的重要阵地,所以民族自治地区图书馆开展多元文化服务,是图书馆自身建设和公共文化服务建设的双重需要,这项服务的重要物质基础是文献资源建设。黔南少数民族文化信息的载体形式直接影响了图书馆民族地方文献的采集手段和管理方法,所以要提高认识,建立健全科学的制度和管理办法。

| Abstract: | It is an important part of the construction of public cultural service system to respect and safeguard the cultural aspirations of different ethnic groups in ethnic autonomous areas.Library,an important position of constructing public cultural service system,has the function of preserving and disseminating of cultural heritage of mankind.Therefore promoting the multi-cultural service is the dual necessities of constructing both the library and public cultural service in ethnic autonomous areas.Meantime an important material basis for this service is the construction of literature resources.As the carrier of Qiannan ethnic cultural information has a direct impact on ethnic literature collection tools and management methods,it is essential for the library staff to raise their awareness,set up the scientific and sound system and management |
