| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展,对人才的要求越来越高,山东省研究生教育发展迅速.以邱均平等编著的《中国研究生教育及学科专业评价报告》为依据,通过比较得出山东省研究生教育的发展趋势：综合实力稳中有升,学科专业排名有小幅波动.同时,山东省研究生培养也面临高校实力有待提升,优势学科专业地位流失,断层现象严重等问题.因此,在发展速度加快和规模增加的背景下,更应关注研究生的培养质量和高校的内涵建设,以提升全省研究生培养的综合实力.

| Abstract: | This paper based on the Chinese Graduate Education and DisciplinesEvaluation Report edited by Qiu Junping. etc,from overall competitiveness ranking,disciplines,professional evaluation and other aspects,through horizontal and verticalcomparison,drawn the present situation and tendency of graduate education development inShandong trends： the overall strength rose steadily,the rankings of disciplines fluctuatedslightly. It also faces such phenomena as：the colleges should be improved,the loss ofdominant status in disciplines and serious faults. |
