| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来，社会经济迅速发展，为文化事业发展进步创造了良好的环境。近几年来，国家大力发展文化产业，支持文化事业，为中华文化的腾飞描绘出了崭新的蓝图。公共图书馆作为社会教育的主阵地，同时也是促进全民的文化建设和提高全民道德修养的重要途径，它已发展成为了公益文化事业的最重要组成部分之一。然而，随着人们对信息需求的不断增长，公共图书馆的种种危机凸显出来，尤其是公共图书馆免费开放以来，各种危机频频爆发。如何处理这些危机，已经成为了图书馆管理者不得不面对和研究的课题。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up, the rapid social and economic development has created a good environment for the development and progress of cultural undertakings. In recent years, our country vigorously develops cultural industries and supports cultural undertakings, having depicted a new blueprint for the takeoff of Chinese culture. The public library, as the primary position of social education, is also an important way to promote national cultural construction and improve the people＇s morality, so it has become one of the most important parts of public service cultural undertakings. However, with people＇s growing needs of information, various crises of public libraries come out, especially since they were free to the public, various crises frequently break out. How to deal with these crises has become a topic that library managers have to face and research. |
