摘    要:过度运动引起海马神经元机能的改变是运动性疲劳的中枢机制之一,海马突触传递效能是反映大脑功能状态的重要指标。谷氨酸是中枢神经系统中主要的兴奋性神经递质;谷氨酸受体:N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体被公认为是影响学习记忆的关键物质。海马谷氨酸及其受体的含量,是影响海马突触可垫l生的重要因素。运动中谷氨酸及NMDA受体的变化对海马突触可塑性的影响在运动疲劳的中枢机制中扮演重要角色。

Abstract:Functional transform of the hippocampus neure due to overexercise, is one of the central mechanism of exercise fatigue. Synaptic transmission activity on hippocampus is an important index to reflect brain functional condition. Glutamate is the major excitatory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. Glutamate receptor --it is reputed N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor, is the key substance of learning and memory. The content of glutamate and glutamate receptors is a primary factor to effect synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus. The effects of synaptic plasticity caused changes of Glutamate and NMDA receptor during exercise play an important role in the central mechanism of exercise fatigue.
